Bad Faith Insurance Cases

When purchasing an insurance policy, the insurance company of your choosing has a responsibility to you as their policyholder, to act in good faith and fair dealing throughout the life of your policy. If an insurance provider fails to do so, that is considered breach of contract. It may be considered bad faith if your insurance agent denies or delays your insurance claim with no reasonable, attempts of underpayment or failure to follow proper procedures in filing your insurance claim, etc. If you believe your insurance agent and/or company is acting in bad faith, please contact the Merlin Law Group at 877-449-4700.
