Boat Claim Appeals
A claim appeal is an official request for reconsideration on a previously denied claim. A policyholder has the right to file for an appeal if they do not agree with a decision on the behalf of their insurance provider regarding payments or a coverage option. Typically an appeal can be filed either over the phone or through a written request. Also typical to most insurance policies, a policyholder has 180 days from the initial denied claim to file for an appeal.
